What is a Proxy Bid?
“Proxy” bids, or “absentee bidding,” give you the opportunity to win an item even if you can’t attend the event. Your maximum bid will be used as an absentee bid at the live event and a member of the auction staff will bid on the item on your behalf up to the maximum you set.
The amount of the bid must be equal to or exceed the opening bid listed underneath the item.
Please Note: If you are a minor, you can not bid on any of these items only in conjunction with your parents or guardians.
How do I place a Proxy Bid

In the subject put the number of the item. In the message put your name, address, phone number and email and how you wish to be listed. Bid the highest amount you are willing to pay and we will continue to bid on your behalf until that amount is exceeded by another bid.
I didn't mean to bid on that item, can I take it back?
A bid is a contract to buy that may be entered into by individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. A bid may not be reduced or removed once it has been recorded. For that reason, we ask you to consider carefully the bid(s) you place, before they are officially recorded.
How do I pay?
You may pay via check, money order or credit card via Paypal.
This is to be done by clicking on the "Donation" button on this website. Your payment should be in the amount of the item won plus Shipping cost. We will send you the total amount due after the item has been weight and packed. With your payment please include the item number you are paying for.
If you pay by check, we ask for your patience as your purchase will be released upon notice that your check has cleared. Payments must come from the person who has placed the bid- We reserve the right to decline payments received from anyone other than the original bidder.
How do I know if I won?
The winning bidder will be notified by email within 48 hours of the closing of the auction
Will you ship the items to me?
Yes, we will ship your item. We will safely package your item and then get a shipping cost. We will add the shipping cost to your total.
After we receive your payment we will then ship your item.
We will send you notification when your item has been shipped.
